What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We have a 24-hour notice cancellation policy.  You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by clicking on the link in your email or text message reminders or by logging into the patient portal.  Any requests to reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee. For self-pay (out-of-pocket) appointments, the full session fee applies. For in-network insurance appointments, a $75 fee will be charged.
